Original Creation

He who can see the world from a true and genuine perspective never needs glasses!

Voy Kay 19 Apr 2020

This was only done with a nr. 3 fan brush. Canvas was an old piece of black cardboard, 8"x9", and white guache for colouring. Hardest was to get some craters into the moon!

This creation was merely placed here in function of the first comment!

Probably not everyone is pleased with any creations placed here other then Bob Ross recreations. So be it, everybody is entitled to their opinion, we all have different tastes, we all differ what we like or dislike.
I have long time chosen te TRY to be a complete artist without (m)any boundaries or restrictions. What I create is my own view, opinion, inspiration, innermost feeling, effusion etc... What I publish or share, that does have boundaries and I believe in that, so I cherish it.
A great and respected community feeling, on this website or not, is 'a must' and I'm standing behind that idea. Whatever comment(s) I make, I always try to be polite, helpful and specially .... HONEST! It helps me and other people. My wish is that also all artwork can be seen as such. That doesn't always need short-sighted prejudices, unjustified disapprovement, disparaging, laughter .... Whatever negative comes along , artwork or not, it is worth it to try and see through that and spot some positivism in there. It's the way I live, it's the way I create, it's the way I comunicate and what I stand for.
Bob R. learned me many things, positive and negative. I intend to learn from the latter and to embrace the first.

I hope never to be alone!

Btw, the original name that I had chosen for this simple creation is 'Moon's waterdance'.

Very nice moon! I like you added the moon seas. Simple but powerful painting! This carton is good with gouache, I think better than marker, but I cannot say what exact difference there. May be more contrast and coverage.

Dear Sunnylady, the difference would be that the marker does not give away any gray tones. Guache does that and it's great for little accents and some shy shadowworks!

Thanks Voy. I was puzzled, that surely makes sense.

Vrey unique one! I think it's most important to say that an artist is unique, so from that perspective you are a much better artist than me. But sometimes I wonder what art is. When a new museum was opened in my city, a famous artist put French breads in a hairband put them on his ears and he went around the museum some children did in the same way. It's surprising but they say it's art.
As you say, tastes depend on person to person, so I think it's fine to have any work.

Jin, you really got my message right!
As an artist and as a person, you earn my greatest respect!
